Meet the Team

Charlotte loves taking the initial phone call and seeing a customer all the way to handing over the keys, when not busy at work she is busy juggling mum life at home with her boy.

James is brilliant when it comes to anything customer related. He has a wealth of vehicle knowledge & also is the man responsible behind all the great vehicle photos on our adverts. James loves Halloween, his dog Cooper & would love to get a pet snake!

Nathan joined us as a subcontracter once a week as a valeter, but he loved working with us so much he decided he wanted to be with us every single day. Nathan didn’t have comedian on his CV but does make us laugh on a daily basis with his quick wit.

Kayleigh joined us to help with our admin and all the paperwork, but we soon realised how great she was with our customers that she now works as our service advisor for the workshop and is often complemented on how helpful she is. When not at work Kayleigh is spending time with her daughter & planning her upcoming wedding!

Nicky has been with us since the very start, nearly 10 years ago as a service advisor to the workshop. Nickys experience and passion for the company is brilliant and she’s an asset to us. When not greeting customers with a smile, she can be found doing all sorts of DIY at home.

Tony joined us initially as an agency worker seven years ago to cover a sickness, and has never left!  Tony loved working with us so much he commutes to and from his family in Yarmouth. Tony is great at bringing our new recruits into the fold, although don’t get him talking about golf because you’ll never get away.

Nathan has been a solid part of the team since the early days, and his knowledge when it comes to problem solving cars is second to none. Nathan has got many diagnostics courses under his belt and he would love to be a pilot, and is currently taking his flying lessons.

Wayne joined us as an experienced technician who is very methodical and brilliant with speaking to our customers. Wayne is looking forward to moving in with his partner & family in the near future.

Tom is a technician who loves a challenge. When not at work Tom is found behind the decks and has weekly weekend DJ’ing gigs in Chelmsford and Colchester – he is our music maestro with the workshop radio.

Terry has been with us for three years now, and in that time has had two boys who love coming in to see the cars on the ramp! Terry also loves taking his motorbike out at the weekends, which is rallysport green of course.

Shaun is the only person we know who gets excited at the idea of doing a timing chain! When Shaun isn't spending time with his teenage children, he can be found of an evening playing xbox with Ryan, Graeme, Sam and Harry.

Ryan has quickly become a big player in a small team. Always willing to take on new jobs to expand his knowledge, with a smile on his face. Ryan has a young family at home and when he joined us he said it was great that we was only a cycle ride away from his house – the bike has dust on it though!

Harry is one of the youngest member of our team - but his age has no impact on his capability, experience & eagerness to learn. Harry will often be found in the middle of some cheekiness that is happening in the workshop - he is also able to take on mechanically massive jobs like engine rebuilds.

Jay came to us from main dealer & is enjoying the team atmosphere that we pride ourselves on. He loves Lyns baking, is an avid gym go-er but isn’t so keen on cycling.

Callum has joined the team bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, cheeriness & banter. He’s a great MOT tester, is very capable at diagnostics and repairs. He has fitted in well & has definitely enjoyed the weekly bacon sandwiches mornings.
