About Rallysport Car Sales

My name is Charlotte.
I am very fortunate to be a part of Rallysport Automotive.

Rallysport is a motor trade company with a difference. Sam and Bill started the engineering academy in Wickford back in 2012 - taking on local students who are in secondary schools and teaching them basic mechanics. They serve over 150 schools and have done wonders with helping students develop skills and a passion, that they may otherwise have missed.

With the Wickford and Colchester academy set up and in full swing, there was a clear demand for a reliable and trustworthy service centre in Colchester. As our students aren’t able to work on any cars that go onto the road, the service centre side of our building was developed.

In the last ten years the service centre has grown from strength to strength, with an amazing team of 10 mechanics and 3 service advisors. We have trained and invested in the team for them to be able to look after our loyal customers cars.

The natural progression in looking after and repairing customers cars was that people wanted to buy from a used car dealership that they can trust.

A place where they know a mechanic will check over the car and find those hidden issues that a test drive alone won’t uncover. We are confident in every car we sell, because we take the time with each car to make sure there are no issues.

I have seen us go from strength to strength since I joined. We always have the customer in the forefront of our minds with everything we do and because of that our great reputation has grown.

The best part about the sales manager role is that I get to look after someone from them initially seeing the car online all the way through to them collecting the keys. There is no better feeling than when someone comes back to buy their second, or even their third car, from me.
